Last week for Broster Time in the Kitchen, we made Asian Turkey Burgers! This is a special recipe that involves some unusual ingredients, and yet is absolutely delicious. YUM! As a surprise appetizer, we made an eggplant and white bean dip that I found the recipe for on the Food Network Website. It was also equally delicious, although perhaps a little out there as far as appeal to the general crowd. 😛

Thomas Lindblom, Jorge Parra, Keri Downs, and Michael Mehlberg all helped chop onions, mix turkey meat, caramelize apples and red peppers, and blend eggplant. It was a fantastic meal!
